Qual o momento ideal para organizar minha empresa

 
 
 
 

De uma maneira geral, durante a fase inicial de um negócio o ideal é que o foco esteja em fazer a demanda aumentar, ou seja, em vender mais, dando o melhor de si para o cliente nas condições em que você tem naquele momento, com o aumento da demanda e a entrada de mais recursos chega o momento de "organizar a casa" para que ela continue numa jornada de crescimento que não comprometa nem a qualidade da entrega ao cliente nem o caixa da empresa, para isso é necessário que o empresário equacione direito 02 pontos: a) precificação e b) Investimentos em diferenciação na entrega do produto ou serviço ao cliente.

Portanto, num primeiro momento da empresa, o lema é "PROGRESSO E ORDEM", e num segundo momento passa a ser "ORDEM E PROGRESSO".
